From Army Officer to Chief People Officer - with a passion for transformation
With over 20 years of international leadership experience, I accompany organizations on their path through growth, change and sustainable development. My career began with the German Armed Forces and led me through global corporations such as Zalando, Viessmann and PwC to top HR responsibility as Chief People Officer. In this role, I not only created scalable structures, but also initiated cultural changes, led post-merger integrations and transformed HR functions into real business enablers.

The content is tailored to your current needs and is personal, practical and solution-oriented.
