About me
From mission radio to brand voice - I amplify your employer brand and visibility.
I’m a PR consultant and the owner of Scheidtweiler PR, as well as a co-initiator of Employer Branding now. Previously, I worked as an editor and officer in the Bundeswehr’s Operational Information unit, where I was responsible for audience-targeted media work in overseas deployments. Today, I advise companies on employer branding, crisis communication, and multi-channel publishing. I combine strategic clarity with hands-on execution—from press relations, blogging, and video to social media. As a trainer and speaker, I show how employer brands build trust and make recruiting more effective. Fun fact: In 2021, together with Jost Kobusch, I completed the first ascent of the Himalayan peak Purbung (6,465 m).
