Coaching is aimed at anyone who wants to reorient themselves professionally - whether after losing their job, due to dissatisfaction in their current job or the desire for a real new start with purpose and perspective.

What is the aim of Career Coaching?

The aim is to give you clarity about your strengths, values and professional goals and to accompany you step by step on your way to the right new job, including application, positioning and start in the new company.

How is the online training programme Career Transition: Re-start with confidence structured?

The online training program is divided into six modules that build on each other. It picks you up at the moment when you have lost your job or have made the decision to change careers and accompanies you through the start in your new job right up to the successful completion of the probationary period.

How does 1:1 coaching work?

The 1:1 coaching takes place online via video call. You determine the duration of the individual coaching sessions (usually between 30 and 90 minutes). In these sessions, you work together with an experienced coach on your individual topics - whether it's sharpening your professional goals, optimising your application documents or preparing for a job interview. You will receive honest feedback, new perspectives and clear next steps. The content is tailored to your current needs and is personalised, practical and solution-oriented.

Do I already need to know where I want to go professionally?

No. Even if you don't have a clear direction yet, you've come to the right place - the online training will help you find your bearings and work out what really suits you.


How flexible are the online training and coaching programme?

You can work through the content of the online training programme at any time and from any location. The modules are structured in such a way that you can adapt them to your everyday life - regardless of whether you are still employed and working or already looking for a full-time job. With 1:1 coaching, you also determine the speed, you decide on the length of the individual coaching sessions and our coaches adapt their schedules to your needs.

What does Career Coaching cost?

We offer the online training at a price of EUR 299 plus VAT, the two 1:1 coaching packages are available for EUR 890 plus VAT (5 hours of coaching) and EUR 1,590 plus VAT (10 hours of coaching).
